“Terrible service and very unprofessional. We originally reserved the 7:30 tour, but were told they didn’t have enough people and asked us to switch to 8:30. We agreed, even though it cut into the limited time we had for our cruise excursion. When we arrived this morning, they suddenly informed us that the driver could not come and asked us to cancel the trip altogether. This last-minute cancellation completely wasted our time and left us scrambling to find another option. The company is disorganized, unreliable, and misleading. “Terrible. Tour guide was awful. Didn’t engage us on the bus ride or give us good information and instructions on the stops and what to do. Drop up off in the square across from Bar Vitelli said to meet there at a certain time to go in and when we did they said you had to purchase something from the bar to enter but it was time to go. I told the tour guide and she told me “strange”, she didn’t care. We had to hurry our order and head back to the bus. Will not recommend this tour to anyone.”
