The tour director, who was very nice, did not inform us that it was a very difficult walk nor did your indicate that it was a difficult tour. Had the same experience in Erice . Have used your company before and enjoyed my tour. This was very disappointing experience both time wise and dollar wise. A reimbursement would be highly deserving in this situation.”
