Stopped at a small café for an authentic cannoli and cappuccino and bought fresh fruit at a local market. On the way back to Palermo, we visited the town of Monreale for a pizza lunch and visit to the stunningly beautiful cathedral. Great day!”

“Sadly the Cathedral in Cefalu was closed when we arrived. Apparently it is closed each day from 1-3 and Viator and the driver should know this fact. We climb all the way to the cathedral only to be turned away as it was closed for daily siesta. Our driver, Michele, was not informative of the sites along the way as his English was not very good by his own admission. We ended the tour early because of it and so did not get our monies worth. Liked what we saw, but was not happy that Viator is misinformed about the temples and times they operate especially given the price we…”
